WOMEN'S MINII ADVENTURE WEEKEND | BLUE MOUNTAIN
Time & Location
About the Event
Find your best ‘you’ through confidence building, empowerment and adventure with other like-minded women. This weekend will include everything from guided downhill mountain biking, comradery, yoga, nutritional meals, educational talks, and even a trip to the spa to top it all off . There are so many versions to 'ourselves' and this weekend is all about exploring our best versions by treating ourselves to a minii adventure to Blue Mountain Resort.
Be greeted Friday evening at Jozo’s Bar patio (the original Blue Mountain Apres spot) with a social-hour/meet-and-greet. Crack a cold one on us to kick off the weekend, and meet your fellow Campers and Coaches. A Special Guest will be joining us...find out who closer to! Light eats will be at your fingertips, dinner available for purchase.
Rise and shine! Find grounding and awaken with a morning yoga flow, led by Sandra Crowe. A hearty and tasty breakfast awaits you at our Basecamp, ensuring we are setting ourselves up for a great day.
The rest of the morning will be spent on the bike and downhill trails. Groups will be divided based on riding abilities and the questionnaire from registration to ensure you are riding in a group that will comfortably challenge you. With a 1:6 coach ratio, our badass female coaches will inspire and coach you to have more fun on your bike.
Reset and refuel with a fun old-school style of lunch before heading back out onto the trails for the afternoon. You’ll pick up right where you left off from the morning.
When you feel like you can’t hold on anymore, or your face hurts from grinning [or grimacing, but I hope not], a fresh apres style snack awaits you back at Basecamp as we jump into our ‘Women Helping Women’ session. We have an incredible lineup of inspiring and educational talks we can't wait to share with you...everything from what to eat pre and post ride, your lady-bits and the bike, and some raw feel-good lady empowerment.
Finish the day off by finding a new friend, or a few, and head into the Blue Mountain Village for your own culinary adventure.
Rise and shine, round two! Find awakening and self-care with a morning yoga massage flow, led by Jayme Henderson. A hearty and tasty breakfast awaits you at our Basecamp, ensuring we are setting ourselves up for another great day.
The rest of the morning will be spent on the bike and downhill trails, picking up and progressing from yesterday.
Reset and refuel with a fun old-school style of lunch, wrapped up with signature Minii Adventure cupcakes, and the prizing give-away. The catch is that the winners will be chosen by YOU.
We will conclude the weekend with a cherry-on-top; the spa. Enjoy the rest of your afternoon relaxing and unwinding with a soak in the Scandinavian baths. You’ve earned it ... #treatyourself.
Close out the weekend by connecting with your fellow lady shredders so you can come back and do this again soon!
All skill levels are welcome! With a group of talented and exceptional female coaches, there will be something for everyone. Whether you're fairly new at venturing into the forest on two wheels, or you’re a seasoned trail rider, you’ll end every session with a grin on your face, and a new soundtrack of sound effects to make along the way.
