Preparation For Your Lesson or Clinic

Ready to Learn

Check your ego at the door. Bring a positive attitude and an open mind.

Helmet & Armour

Helmets are mandatory. Knee and/or shin pads and elbow pads are highly encouraged.

Dress Accordingly

The weather doesn't always cooperate. Be prepared, whether it's layers or sunscreen, etc.

Your Mountain Bike

Must have 2" treaded tires, disc brakes and at least front suspension—the more current the bike, the better. Please ensure your bike is in proper working order. If in doubt, take it into your local bike shop for a tune-up.

Water & Snacks

Don't let hanger spoil a great lesson. Always pack extra water and snacks.

Small backpack/hydration pack

A spare inner tube (that fits your wheel size)

Flat pedals are recommended but ride whatever you usually do
