THE WEATHER DOESN'T ALWAYS COOPERATE. BE PREPARED WHETHER IT'S LAYERS, SUNSCREEN, ETC.

YOUR MOUNTAIN BIKE

MUST HAVE 2" TREADED TIRES, DISC BRAKES AND AT LEAST FRONT SUSPENSION. THE MORE CURRENT THE BETTER, BUT PLEASE ENSURE YOUR BIKE IS IN PROPER WORKING ORDER. IF IN DOUBT TAKE IT IN TO YOUR LOCAL SHOP. 

WATER & SNACKS

DON'T LET HANGER SPOIL A GREAT LESSON. ALWAYS PACK EXTRA WATER & SNACKS.

ADJUSTABLE SEAT POST**

* FLAT PEDALS MAKE IT SAFER TO LEARN, DEVELOP PROPER TECHNIQUE AND ENCOURAGE GOOD HABITS - EVERYTHING LEARNT ON FLATS CAN BE TRANSLATED BACK INTO CLIPLESS. PEDALS SHOULD HAVE SMALL STUDS AS OPPOSED TO 'SHARK TEETH'. FOOTWEAR WITH STURDY FLAT SOLES IS HIGHLY RECOMMEND (FIVE TENS OR VANS WORK GREAT).

** NOT MANDATORY, BUT A DROPPER POST OR A QUICK RELEASE SEAT COLLAR (AS OPPOSED TO A BOLT ON) TO ALLOW AT LEAST 3" OF CLEARANCE MAKES FOR BETTER LEARNING OF CERTAIN SKILLS
