Minii Adventures Booking Policies
Private Experience Packages
Payment is due at the time of booking to confirm the chosen dates and time slots. The price is per Package and subject to HST, our booking policies, and travel fees. Packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date, the "Validation Date": this is the first date you select to start the booking. The Package is valid only for the location and student(s) named at the time of booking & registration and cannot be shared with other students or transferred to another location. Any changes to a booking require a $50 admin fee. If cancellation is necessary, including for reasons such as bike mechanical/failure or rider injury, illness or for any other reason, we require that you email us at least two full weeks (14 days) in advance. Lessons are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another rider access to participate. Cancellations requested more than two weeks (14 days) before the lesson date will receive a full refund or credit for the individual lesson, less a $50 admin fee. If a cancellation is requested less than two weeks (13 days) before the lesson date, 50% of the individual lesson fee will be refunded. If a cancellation is requested three days or less before the lesson, the lesson will not be credited or refunded. Travel fees collected from a group booking are non-refundable if a rider cannot participate and the lesson proceeds.

Due to the preparation, planning and costs associated with running each class/program, we cannot pro-rate, refund or provide lieu services for a missed class of the program. Classes require a minimum of three participants to run. If we do not meet the minimum number of students 48 hours before the Class is scheduled to start, registered participants will receive a credit for future use or a full refund.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are valid for any Private or Group Experience hosted by Minii Adventures. Not valid towards Minii Adventures merchandise or third party events. Gift certificates are non-refundable but never expire.
Travel Fees
Our standard service area includes Durham Forest, Dagmar North, the Don Valley and Joyride 150. Locations requested outside of our standard service area are subject to a $50 per hour travel and will be calculated at the time of booking. The booking is not complete until payment has been received. Travel fees collected from a group booking are non-refundable if a rider is unable to participate for any reason and the lesson proceeds.
Inclement Weather - Private Experiences
Private Experiences will continue rain or shine. If the weather is calling for a heavy consistent downpour and/or thunder and lightning (80% or greater) by 8 pm the night before, the call will be made to either delay or reschedule. Participants will be notified by phone and email of any changes. There will be no penalty to either party due to inclement weather.
Inclement Weather - Schools & Weekly Programs
Classes and programs will continue rain or shine. Participants will be notified by phone and email of any changes. In the event a class/program must be cancelled due to inclement weather, an extra class will run the week following the final scheduled class.
Inclement Weather - Clinics & Events
The clinic/event will run rain or shine. Alternate arrangements may be made to accommodate changes in weather and ensure participant safety. Bring your rain gear, warm riding clothes and a towel and change of clothes for afterward!
