Minii Adventures Cancellation & Refund Policies
We get it - life can be unpredictable. Between family emergencies, illness, injury, or a sudden bike mechanical issue, we know plans can change. We all take a risk when we sign up for an adventure!
However, Minii Adventures invests significant time, effort, and resources to bring every lesson, program, and event to life. Our policies are designed to be fair to both our riders and our small business.
If you know you need to cancel, your best option is to find someone to take your spot.
* Transfers: Registrations may be transferred to another rider for a $25 + HST transfer fee.
* Timeline: All transfers must be finalized at least 7 days prior to the lesson or class start date.

Private Lessons
If you must cancel for any reason, the following schedule applies:

15+ Days Notice: Full credit or refund, less a $50 + HST admin fee.

8–14 Days Notice: 50% of the individual lesson fee will be credited or refunded.

7 Days or Less Notice: No credit or refund will be issued. (Transfer option available up to 7 days before).
Outdoor Weeknight Classes: School of Dirt, Tech and Shred (All Locations)
If you must cancel for any reason, the following schedule applies.
The notice period is based on the start date of the first class of the program:

15+ Days Notice: Full credit or refund, less a $50 + HST admin fee.

8–14 Days Notice: 50% of the program fee will be credited or refunded.

7 Days or Less Notice: No credit or refund will be issued.

Missed Classes: We cannot pro-rate, refund, or provide make-up sessions for individual missed classes within a program.

Minimum Attendance: Classes require a minimum of 3 participants. If the minimum is not met 48 hours before the start, you will receive a full refund or credit.
One-Day MTB Classes / Jumps & Drops Classes / All Other Events
If you must cancel for any reason, the following schedule applies:

15+ Days Notice: Full credit or refund, less a $50 + HST admin fee.

8–14 Days Notice: 50% of the class fee will be credited or refunded.

7 Days or Less Notice: No credit or refund will be issued.

Minimum Attendance: If event-specific minimums are not met, Minii Adventures reserves the right to cancel and issue a full refund or credit.
Ride Outs & Ride Out VIP Sessions
If you must cancel for any reason, the following schedule applies:

Strict Policy: Ride Out and VIP Sessions are non-refundable and will not be credited if cancelled for any reason.

Transfer Option: You may transfer your spot to another rider (subject to the $25 + HST fee) up to 7 days before the event.

Minimum Attendance: If event-specific minimums are not met, Minii Adventures reserves the right to cancel and issue a full refund or credit.
Indoor Weeknight Classes: Groundwork / Level Up (Hosted at Joyride 150 Indoor Bike Park)
If you must cancel for any reason, the following schedule applies.
