Minii Adventures Weather Policies

Private Lessons

Private lessons run rain or shine. We believe some of the best skills are learned when the dirt is tacky or the conditions are challenging. Please come prepared with full rain gear, warm layers, a towel, and a dry change of clothes for afterward. However, safety is our top priority.

Cancellation Criteria: A lesson will be rescheduled if the forecast by 8:00 PM the night before predicts:

  • Thunder and lightning.
  • Heavy, persistent downpours that compromise trail safety.

  • Sustained high winds (exceeding 50 km/h) or dangerous gusts.

Communication: If a change is made, you will be notified via text and email no later than 8:30 PM the night before your lesson. If you do not hear from us, assume your lesson is proceeding as scheduled.

Weather Cancellations & Credits: No refunds will be issued for lessons cancelled or rescheduled due to weather. If a lesson is cancelled due to weather, we will work with you to find a mutually agreeable reschedule date.

Flexibility: We reserve the right to move the lesson to an alternate trail location or date to better accommodate weather conditions and ensure rider safety.
