Trail Hub's e-Mountain Bike Rentals
For those without their bikes or looking for an extra boost, Trail Hub recently launched their e-mountain bike rentals. These bikes are perfect for enjoying the long trails and managing the climbs back to Trail Hub—starting from the highest point in the region means a rewarding ride every time!
Starting Your Adventure at Trail Hub
Upon arrival, you'll find ample parking and facilities to ensure a smooth start to your day. Everything you need, from air compressors for your tires to water fountains for hydration, is readily available.
Getting Your Trail Pass
Before hitting the trails, stop by the front desk or the Handlebar Cafe & Grill to pick up your Trail Pass. With single, family, or season pass options available, you can choose what best suits your adventure plans.
Navigating the Trails at Trail Hub
The detailed maps available in the chalet make planning your route easy. From beginner trails to challenging terrain, Trail Hub's trails cater to all levels of mountain bikers.
Following the yellow arrows for mountain bikes (purple is for hikers), you'll start on The Way Out, heading north. Choose your own adventure and either stick to the double-track Hub North Trail or challenge yourself on the new back-to-back bermed trail, Rattler, using Witch Way to connect to the swooping turns and pumps of Rock, Paper, Scissors.
Enjoying the Surrounding Trails
At the bottom, you'll be met with several options;
Head north into Durham Forest - perfect for newer riders looking for an easier and smoother ride.Â
Head south into Dagmar North - an excellent option for stronger riders looking for a more challenging ride.Â

Upon your return to Trail Hub, your first stop should be the Handlebar Grill & Cafe to refuel. The restaurant features sandwiches during the week and hot eats on the weekends.
