MTB Foundations Clinic 101 - Beginner

Are you new to mountain biking or still working on the basics? 

This clinic is perfect for riders who want to feel more comfortable on the bike. You'll learn essential body positions and when to use them, how to brake smoothly (without skidding!), and how to shift gears efficiently for better control on various terrain. If you want to build a strong foundation and ride more confidently, start here!


MTB Foundations Clinic 102 - Beginner

Are you feeling comfortable on your bike but ready to refine your skills? This clinic is for riders who want to improve their trail awareness, making reading the terrain and riding more proactively easier. You'll also work on smoother, more efficient climbing techniques and controlled, confident descending. If you want to level up your trail skills, this clinic is for you!


MTB Foundations Clinic 103 - Beginner

Do you want to ride smarter and smoother? 

Small details make a big difference in your riding experience. This clinic covers key skills like safely dismounting and remounting on the trail, choosing the best lines through obstacles, and practicing good trail etiquette. If you want to ride more efficiently and confidently in technical situations, this session will help you fine-tune your skills.



101 - Beginner:

Do you find yourself braking too much in turns, struggling with control, or feeling unstable in corners?

This clinic teaches proper body positioning, line choice, and how to navigate tight and fast turns smoothly. It's a great starting point for riders looking to build a strong cornering foundation!


201 - Intermediate: 

If you're comfortable with basic cornering but want to refine your skills for better control and speed... 

This clinic focuses on braking techniques, speed management, and leaning more effectively to carry momentum through corners. It's ideal if you're looking to feel smoother and more confident on a variety of turns.


301 - Advanced:

Do you want to level up your cornering for faster, more aggressive riding? 

This clinic is for riders looking to master high-speed turns with advanced techniques like foot position, rotation, and precise line choice. You'll also learn to handle the tightest switchbacks skillfully and confidently!



101 - Beginner:

Do you struggle to get your wheels off the ground or find it difficult to time lifts for obstacles?

This clinic is for you if you want to learn how to lift your front and rear wheels, combine techniques, and smoothly navigate small trail features. This is a must-have skill for all riders!


201 - Intermediate:

Do you have the basics down but want to expand your skills for more control on the trail?

This clinic introduces additional techniques, such as level lifts, bunnyhops, and pedalling wheel lifts, which help you ride more efficiently over roots, rocks, and other features. Choose this if you want to feel more agile on the bike.


301 - Advanced:

Are you looking to refine and challenge your wheel lift techniques on advanced terrain? 

This clinic focuses on applying wheel lifts to technical trails, man-made features, and even uphill obstacles. If you want to make wheel lifts second nature and ride with more finesse and flow, this is the one for you!



201 - Intermediate:

Have you tried getting your wheels off the ground but struggle with consistency or control, or have you never attempted jumping before?

This clinic is for you if you want to build confidence with smaller jumps. Using our specialty ramps, it focuses on body positioning, timing, and smooth takeoffs and landings. It's a great choice if you're new to jumping or looking to refine the basics!


301 - Advanced:

Are you comfortable with small jumps (5' or less) and ready to take them to the next level (~10')?

This clinic is for riders who want to progress to larger jumps, refine their technique, and apply their skills to actual trail features. If you want to improve pop, land more smoothly, and build confidence on bigger jumps, this one's for you!



101 - Beginner:

Are you afraid of rolling down off edges and ledges? Do you want more confidence on the downhills, where it's chunkier and more eroded?

Let's start with the basics and get confident on roll-downs, maintaining contact with the ground and small drops with proper body positioning and technique for smooth, controlled landings on drops up to 1' high.


201 - Intermediate:

You've tackled small drops and roll-downs but want to progress to bigger features (up to 3')?

This clinic focuses on refining techniques, handling various approaches and landings, and helping you stay smooth, stable, and in control. Choose this if you're ready to level up your drop skills!



Slow Speed Skills Clinic 201/301 - Intermediate/Advanced:

Do you find balance-intensive features like skinnies, switchbacks, or technical climbs challenging?

In this clinic, you'll learn techniques like trackstands, ratcheting, wheel weaving, and line selection to stay balanced and in control in slow, technical sections. Pick this if you want to improve precision and confidence in tight spaces!


Technical Riding Toolkit Clinic 201/301 - Intermediate/Advanced:  

Are you comfortable on intermediate trails but struggle with advanced technical features like rock gardens, steep descents, and tricky root sections?

This clinic will help you refine line choice, session challenging sections and build the confidence needed to ride advanced terrain smoothly and efficiently. This is for you if you want to feel more in control on technical trails!
